======= Mailbox ======= RingRx mailboxes are used for storing voicemails, faxes and SMS messages. MOST services will create their own mailboxes but occasionally you will need to directly manage a mailbox .. contents:: :local: Mailbox Parameters ------------------- ``Name`` ======== The name of the mailbox ``Mailbox`` =========== This is the name of the mailbox. It MUST be in the format of name@domain ``PIN`` ======= This is the PIN number used to check messages in the mailbox ``Greeting`` ============ You may upload a greeting file to be played when a user is sent to this mailbox ``Use Alternate Greeting`` ========================== Enables/Disables use of the alternate voicemail greeing in place of the main greeting ``Alternate Greeting`` ====================== You may upload an alternate greeting file to be played when a user is sent to this mailbox ``Email Message To`` ==================== This is an email address for all voice messages to be sent to. This will include a voice file attachment and any applicable transcription. This is in addition to any emails configured on the users assigned to this mailbox Multiple emails can be added if split by commas. ``Email Notification To`` ========================= This is an email address to send notifications to. This will not include a voice file attachment and any applicable transcription. This is in addition to any notifications configured on the users assigned to this mailbox Multiple emails can be added if split by commas. ``Transcription`` ========================= Determines if voicemail messages deposited here should be transcribed ``Play Envelope`` ========================= Configures playback behavior. Unchecking this will stop the playback of number and date/time before a message when listening.
