* Auto Attendants 
* OnCall announcements

Creating media files
---------------------

There are a number of ways users can create media for use in their account. 

:Use the recording studio: You can use the built in recording studio `here <features.html#recording-studio>`__ 
:Record a file on your PC: We recommend using `Audacity <https://www.audacityteam.org//>`_ 

Media file Parameters

A descriptive name for the media file 

``Mediafile``
=============
A Mediafile

Supported formats are: 

:WAV: 8000hz PCM Wave file
:MP3: Most MP3 formats
